As specialists in Risk & Asset Management, we offer a comprehensive range of risk services tailored to the needs of our select corporate and industrial clients. Our risk officers undergo a rigorous selection process, ensuring they meet A-Grade minimum requirements, including qualifications in health and safety, firefighting, and first aid.
Each recruit is subjected to an internal security assessment, fingerprint-based criminal clearance, and verification of their PSIRA grading and training credentials. Additionally, all risk officers must successfully complete a pre-employment polygraph examination. Once employed, they undergo periodic polygraph evaluations every six months to maintain the highest standards of integrity and performance, ensuring that we deploy only the best professionals to our esteemed clients.
Beyond compliance with PSIRA Sectorial Determination, our risk officers receive additional monthly performance bonuses, assessed through a structured appraisal system conducted by our select clients. These monthly evaluations determine individual performance bonuses and form part of a comprehensive report submitted at the end of each month, ensuring transparency and alignment with risk management requirements across all contracts.
